We love Wester Hills beef. We purchase a beef tenderloin almost every month and are able to cut 9-11 nice filet steaks and a small roast from the larger end. Also love their bag of chicken breaststroke that are all about the same thickness for easy cooking. They also have the BEST Ribs. Can't say enough good things about their meat.

Went to Spanish fork gun club memorial day shoot were I came across a gentleman selling steaks out of his cooler.
It got my interest, so I bought a couple of the New York cuts. Wow! Brought them home and cook them on the barbecue.
Wish I had bought more, these have got to be some of the best steaks ever.
